In June 2019, Highroad received the Presidential Advisor of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo National Maritime Company, and the two parties signed a memorandum of international cooperation. In December 2019, we officially signed an exclusive agency agreement in China with the National Shipping Company of the Democratic Republic of the Congo and was received by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior of the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

CSL is a new ship owner registered in Cyprus and headquartered in Singapore. It has its own regional branches in Singapore, Dubai and Mumbai, and its business covers the entire Asia and parts of Africa. Highroad has officially become its exclusive agent in North China since January 2021 and started cooperation.
