During the Spring Festival travel rush due to the epidemic, our company transported 4 sets of large-scale marine generators (a single piece of cargo weighed 80 tons, was an ultra-wide and ultra-high cargo, and had a value of more than 42 million) exported from Shanghai Port to St. Petersburg, Russia. Since it was during the Spring Festival travel period, when shipping by land from Weifang to Shanghai,special cargo transportation qualifications from the transportation, traffic police, and highway links was needed.The project team stuck to their posts and implements the tasks one by one. After arriving in Shanghai, the ship was berthed on the first day of the Lunar New Year. Our company coordinated the Shanghai port to hoist and store the heavy cargo. Based on the cargo’s low center of gravity, few reinforcement points, and high difficulty in reinforcement, we studied reinforcement plans with the ship owner. We also customize detailed operating procedures to ensure that the goods arrive safely and undamaged within 46 days. The reinforcement scheme used in this project belongs to our company’s own patented technology in the field of heavy-lift equipment.
